Welcome to projexity.com!
Personal information is information about you that identifies you as an individual ("Personal Information"). Your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number are all examples of Personal Information. Business contact information such as the name, title, business address or telephone number of a business or professional person or an employee of an organization is not considered Personal Information.
Unless you provide information voluntarily, Projexity will not collect any Personal Information about you when you visit the Site. If Projexity asks you to provide information that will personally identify you, the request to do so will be specific. If you register for the Service you will be asked for Personal Information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. You also have the option to log-in to the Service using your Facebook credentials (see further, the section ‘Facebook’ below). Any payments made through the Site are processed through a payment gateway operated by a third party, so Projexity does not hold or have access to your credit card information.
The Company's web server automatically collects and aggregates information about your visit to the Site, including your search terms, IP address, service provider, device and browser type, domain names of referring websites, operating system, pages accessed on the Site, and the date and time of your access. This information is not personally identifiable. Projexity may analyze this aggregated information in an effort to optimize your experience and enhance your time spent online with us. Projexity will contact you before it shares your Personal Information that it has collected, if any.
Email addresses: The Company will use your email address to contact you as part of the transaction process, as well as notices, agreements, legally required disclosures, or other information in connection with the Service. If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from us, we will also keep you up to date on our products and services. You may withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the opt-out instructions in each communication.
Sharing Features: If you use any third-party platforms that we support such as Facebook or Twitter to share content, such content will be publicly available and searchable on the Internet.
Messages: Users have the ability to send messages to each other through the Service. If you send a message to another user, they will be able to see your name, profile photo (if any) and the content of your message.
Projexity occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on behalf of Projexity. Personal information may be provided to these third parties, but only to the limited extent required in order to deliver the service for which they were hired.
Projexity may provide Personal Information to our subsidiaries, partners, and other affiliated companies for the purpose of processing such information. The Company may also share your personally identifying information when we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the right, property or safety of Projexity, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Information posted to discussion forums, bulletin boards and other public forums may be displayed publicly. Please consider this before posting.
To modify or delete any or all of the Personal Information you have provided to us, or if you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Projexity uses a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information. Your Personal Information is only accessible by a limited number of people who are required to keep the information confidential. Regardless of these efforts by us, no data transmission over the public Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
You are also responsible for helping to protect the security of your Personal Information. For instance, never give out your email account information or your password for the Service to third parties.
